This becomes a great asset when a transaction if dependent upon the opinion of one or more Insurers.

WWLT’ s desktop solution is secure in a SSAE 16 certified data center with rigid infrastructure controls. WWLT runs a paperless office with backup servers in 3 different states to ensure that even if a disaster arose all business would continue to run smoothly without affecting the client.

WWLT offers multiple attorneys on staff to handle your clearance issues. We realize time is of the essence! If one of our attorneys is busy with another file someone else can assist.

WWLT is an approved New York and New Jersey school to providing both CE (Continuing Education) Credits for Realtors and CLE (Continuing Legal education) for Attorneys.  We currently provide these classes via ZOOM and in person.  If you are interested in teaching a class, please reach out for more details on how to be approved. It’s a great way to get yourself in front of a new group of potential clients.
